Shipping Policy

Last Updated: July 14, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through meds.you brands are processed and delivered once your treatment is approved.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States.

Processing Time

Once your provider approves your treatment, our fulfillment pharmacy typically dispenses and processes your order within 1 business day.

From there, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, though this window can run longer during periods of high demand or around holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If your order is expected to be significantly delayed, we'll reach out by email or phone to let you know.

Carrier & Packaging

Orders ship via UPS 2-Day with tracking. Every package is sent in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of its contents on the outside.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included at no additional cost — there are no separate shipping fees on any order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it was lost in transit, message us within your patient portal or email [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please hold on to all packaging and the affected product until we've reviewed your claim — see our Return Policy for how damaged and undelivered orders are handled.
