Refund Policy

6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our treatment. If you complete 6 consecutive months of GLP-1 therapy as prescribed on our 6-Month Plan and do not experience noticeable improvements in appetite control, weight loss, or overall well-being, we will refund your subscription payments for months 2 through 6.

We offer this guarantee because we believe GLP-1 therapy is a long-term process. The 6-month mark, when the program has been followed consistently, is when full results are showing. We are confident enough in our approach to back it up.

What is refunded: Subscription payments for months 2 through 6 (up to 5 monthly payments — on the 6-Month Plan only).

What is not refunded: Your first month's payment covers your physician evaluation, initial prescription review, and first shipment. This cost is incurred at the start of treatment and is non-refundable.

This guarantee applies to the 6-Month Plan only. It does not apply to the 3-Month Plan or the Monthly Plan.

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

  • You are enrolled on the 6-Month Plan
  • You have been an active member for a minimum of 180 days from your first shipment date
  • You received and used your medication consistently as prescribed — confirmed through 6 consecutive monthly refills on your account
  • You have not cancelled, paused, or skipped treatment at any point during the 6-month period
  • You have recorded your GLP-1 injections using the shot tracking feature in your patient portal consistently throughout your 6-month treatment period
  • You submit your refund request between days 181 and 210 after your first shipment date — this is your 30-day window after completing month 6; requests outside this window are not eligible
  • You email [email protected] between days 181 and 210 with: your full name, account email, a written statement confirming you have not experienced noticeable improvements in appetite control, weight loss, or overall well-being, and your shot tracking log exported from your patient portal

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

This guarantee is not available to:

  • Members on the 3-Month Plan or Monthly Plan
  • Returning members re-enrolling on a new plan
  • Members who cancel or pause before completing 180 consecutive days of treatment
  • Members who skipped one or more monthly refills during the 6-month period
  • Members who did not use the shot tracking feature in their patient portal consistently throughout treatment
  • Members who do not submit a written statement of no improvement and their shot tracking log from their patient portal
  • Members submitting a refund request outside the days 181–210 window

Return Policy

Last Updated: July 14, 2026

At meds.you, patient safety and product integrity are our top priorities.

Prescription Medication — Physical Returns

Per FDA regulations (CPG Sec. 460.300), prescription and compounded medications cannot be physically returned to the pharmacy or restocked once dispensed. This is a federal patient safety requirement: once medication leaves the pharmacy, its storage, temperature, and handling can no longer be guaranteed.

This restriction applies to the physical medication only and does not affect your eligibility for a monetary refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged, with compromised cold-pack packaging, or contains the wrong product, dosage, or quantity, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by messaging us within your patient portal, including your order number and photos where possible. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until our review is complete. Do not use medication that appears damaged or incorrect — we will investigate and, where appropriate, ship a replacement at no cost. We may ask you to safely dispose of the affected product rather than return it.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, or it appears lost in transit, message us within your patient portal within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and pharmacy to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Non-Medication Items

Supplies included in a prescription kit (syringes, alcohol wipes, instructions) are part of the dispensed prescription and cannot be returned. Unopened non-prescription supplies sold separately may be returnable within 30 days — message us within your patient portal first to confirm.

Safe Disposal of Medication

Do not flush unused or expired medication (unless it appears on the FDA Flush List) or place it in the trash without preparation:

  • Take-back locations: Find an authorized collection site near you using the DEA locator at apps.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/pubdispsearch, or ask a local pharmacy.
  • At-home disposal: Per FDA guidance, mix medication with an undesirable substance like coffee grounds or cat litter, seal in a container, and place in the trash. Black out personal information on labels before discarding.
  • Sharps: Place used needles and syringes in an FDA-cleared sharps container or heavy-duty plastic container with a secure lid — never loose in trash or recycling.

Cancellations Before Shipment

Orders not yet in pharmacy processing may be cancellable — message us within your patient portal as soon as possible. Once processing or shipping has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and this Return Policy and our Refund Policy govern.
